JPS Megamix Lagoon Master

With more and more slurry lagoons being contructed, with increasingly large capacities, and depths JPS have identified a requirement for a combination mixer, and pump to enable farmers and contractors to thoroughly mix large lagoons, and also transfer slurry from the bottom of a lagoon bank either to fill tankers, or to direct feed to an umbilical pump.
The result is the 8m JPS Megamix Lagoon Master, featuring a high flow mixer pump end, coupled to a hydraulically rotating jetter nozzle to enable slurry to be jetted to the extremes of even the largest lagoons. The output from the pump can also be diverted up the lenght of the pump frame to quick release coupling to feed directly into the suction end of an umbilical pump, or to fill pipe for loading tankers.
The Megamix includes full electro-hydraulic control of all functions, and is available with optional wheel kit and detachable drawbar to enable the unit to be towed behind a tractor.

JPS Mobile Tower MIxer

JPS are pleased to announce the launch of their new mobile tower mixer.
Designed to meet a demand from contractors, and large livestock farms with multiple sites, the TowerMaster combines the high performance of the long proven tower mixer, with the ease of transport of a standard trailer.
The TowerMaster features a telescopic mixer mast, with a maximum clearance height of 6.7m, and a 7m mixer arm, making it suitable for most large storage tanks. The mixer arm utilises high performance wooden bearings, and a high flow propeller designed to maximise slurry movement, with maximum efficiency.
The transport trailer is designed to allow the mixer to be raised and lowered from the tractor seat, and when combined with optional remote camera allows the entire mixing task to be undertaken from the tractor.
